How would you have reacted at the beginning of 2020 if you had been told that from mid-March until today:

- Not only people all over Germany but in other parts of the world would be forced to wear facemasks, including children?
- Due to so-called lockdowns, the entire German middle class, as well as the middle class of the entire Western world, would be threatened with insolvency?
- Millions of operations, cancer check-ups, medical rehabilitation and other medical measures would be postponed, with unforeseeable health consequences for those affected?
- Thousands of terminally ill and dying people in Germany and other parts of the world would be forced to die in isolation and without the support of their loved ones?
- People all over Germany and in large parts of the world would be deprived of their freedom for days and weeks without a court order due to so-called quarantine orders?
- People in Germany and in large parts of the world would be criminally prosecuted because they celebrated a birthday, sat on a park bench, jogged, sang?
- The federal and state parliaments with our elected representatives would be de facto disempowered and the federal and state governments - without any legitimization by the people -- will have issued an unmanageable series of arbitrary regulations, the content and limits of which no one understands?
- All basic democratic rights would be de facto suspended, including the most important basic democratic right, freedom of expression?

Would you have considered this normal and sensible, or would you have recoiled in disbelief and asked: Why would such things ever happen in a democracy? That was, of course, a rhetorical question. Because of course, you, who are here, would have asked, why? For what reason should such a thing be able to happen in a democracy?

In the meantime, all the things summarized in the questions above have become reality, but none of the people who are responsible asked the most obvious question in the world: For what reason were these measures ordered and thus these monstrous damages caused? To this day, there is no official answer to this question from the federal and state governments, except:

There is a Corona pandemic, therefore do what we order you to do, without asking questions.

The head of the German equivalent of the American CDC, the veterinarian Wieler said exactly this: "Do as we are telling you to do, no questions must be asked." Now, keep in mind that he said this acting on behalf of and with consent of the Federal government because the RKI is a so-called federal authority, which has to obey the instructions of the governments, and/or the Federal Ministry of Health. That should have taken away the breath of all democrats. Because a democracy depends on moral competence, and moral competence requires two things; the ability to ask questions instead of just blindly following orders, and the ability to discuss matters and take other views and opinions into consideration. This kind of moral competency -- the ability to ask questions, and the ability to discuss matters and take other opinions into consideration -- is at the very heart of every democracy.

Remember again that the RKI is a government agency bound by the government's instructions. This government order was the beginning of the most serious attack on our democracy ever. The next questions are therefore: In whose interest is this attack of our own government on democracy, i.e. on the rule of the people? Specifically: Who has an interest in destroying the rule of the people, democracy, and replacing it with something else? As the developments that have occurred within a year shows, that something else is a fascist-totalitarian regime.

Let us begin with the question of the evidence on which these democracy-destroying and monstrous-damages-causing orders was based. If concrete questions had been asked in this respect, and if the federal government had engaged in a public discussion, indeed, if it had only observed the general principle of audiatur altera pars, "hear the other side as well," instead of exclusively following the increasingly brazen demands of a certain Mr. Drosten, then these concrete questions would have been:

1) How dangerous is the alleged new virus really? The answer would have been - in agreement with the (albeit highly controversial) WHO and the highly respected Prof. Dr. John Ioannidis of Stanford University: With an infection fatality rate of 0.14-0.26%, not more dangerous than the seasonal flu.

2) What is the health and economic impact of the anti-Corona measures? The answer to this question has been available to the Federal Ministry of the Interior since May 2020 in the form of the now so-called "False alarm paper" prepared by a highly trained specialist in risk assessments for the protection of the population from the Ministry of the Interior, and everyone knows the answer by now: The impact of the measures is horrendous.

3) How reliable is the PCR test as developed by Drosten for the alleged identification of infections at the beginning of January 2020 and recommended worldwide by the WHO? (This at a time when he, Wieler and Co, were still publicly declaring that there was nothing to fear about the Corona virus.) The answer is: A PCR test cannot make any statement about an infection or a disease. Even the inventor of the PCR test, Kary Mullis has said this on numerous occasions. It is not even approved for diagnostic purposes. That is why this test only has a so-called Emergency Use Authorization in the USA, and not a legal, full approval.

Where did I get these answers to these three questions? From the work of the Corona Committee, which my colleague Viviane Fischer and I founded with two other legal colleagues on July 10, 2020. The committee is continually advised by lung specialist and long-time former head of a public health department, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, the human biologist Prof. Dr. Ulrike Kämmerer of the University of Würzburg, and law professor Dr. Martin Schwab of the University of Bielefeld. This Committee has since then interviewed nearly 100 respected, world-wide recognized scientists, physicians, lawyers, economists, psychologists, psychiatrists and others.

The fact that the damage caused is so monstrously devastating does not have to be explained to anyone. The fact that the actual danger of the virus (whatever it is exactly, and regardless of whether it was ever scientifically correctly isolated) does not go beyond that of the seasonal flu, has been admitted even by the WHO, which assumes an infection fatality rate of 0.14%. Additionally, the overwhelming majority of those who die are over 80-year-old persons with severe, multiple pre-existing diseases. This has been proven, among other things, by the autopsies which Prof. Püschel from Hamburg performed-- strangely against the explicit requests of the RKI (!).

Dozens of scientists have confirmed that the Drosten test, which has become notorious worldwide, does not allow any conclusions about infections, contrary to the claims of its inventor, Drosten. Even the WHO and the American counterpart of the German RKI, the CDC, have admitted this, pointing out that a positive test says nothing about whether the person tested is infectious. This is because the test cannot distinguish between living and dead material. Thus, it cannot tell whether what it tests positive for are dead fragments/remnants of the body's own immune system's successful defense against a viral attack long since survived, or whether a live virus has actually entered the cells and is replicating there, which is the only way to become infectios. Nor can it tell whether the symptoms present in a person are not from a different pathogen, such as a cold virus or a flu virus. Specifically, the CDC states:

- Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms.

- This test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens (this test does not rule out the presence of a disease caused by other viral pathogens or bacteria).

By the way: Both statements assume that the tested person has symptoms, e.g. headache, sore throat, aching limbs, diarrhea or similar, anything. Normally, an asymptomatic person would not go to see the doctor and ask what he or she is suffering from. After all: What would that person answer to the doctor´s question "what symptoms do you have?" Before Corona came along, symptom-free people were considered healthy. It is important to note that the claim that there are symptomless or asymptomatic infections comes from Mr. Drosten, too. In fact, there are no asymptomatic infections, as most recently demonstrated by a study with 10 million participants in Wuhan, China, of all places, at the end of last year.

Again, both false factual claims, the claim that there are asymptomatic infections and the claim that the Drosten PCR test can detect infections, originate from Drosten. He published these claims at the beginning of 2020 in two papers that did not even begin to meet scientific standards, as corroborated in a paper by 22 internationally renowned scientists, and he published these false statements knowing that they were false. He knew at the time of the publication concerning asymptomatic infections that the case of a Chinese woman visiting Germany, which he used as an example, was not asymptomatic at all. Rather, the Chinese woman treated her symptoms with a common flu medication. According to an interview in a German weekly, Wirtschaftswoche, which he had given in 2014, he also knew that a positive PCR test has no significance whatsoever regarding infections. But Drosten has another problem concerning his credibility, and this is not even mentioning serious financial conflicts of interest: There are massive doubts as to whether he has obtained a proper doctorate at all, i.e. whether he is entitled to carry his doctoral degree. Legal proceedings are pending in this regard. He also has further credibility problems because during the Swine flu epidemic in 2009 he warned of gruesome consequences, stating that millions of people would die if immediate mass vaccination did not take place. At that time, these prognoses turned out to be completely wrong and the swine flu turned out to be a mild flu. However, vaccines had already been purchased by many countries under circumstances that have been kept secret to this day. Unfortunately, these vaccines had been used before everything was destroyed for a lot of money - with the result that today 1,300 children, mainly in Scandinavia, are severely disabled for life and suffer from narcolepsy.

The question arises: why did the Federal Government follow the advice and massive lockdown demands of this man, without any empathy whatsoever, and order these devastating measures? Among other things, these measures forced people to die isolated and without the support of their loved ones. And why did they not question or take note of other opinions, dismissing them outright without even looking at them, labeling them as radical right-wing, anti-Semitic and conspiracy theorist.

In short: How did it come about that the German government (and state governments blindly following it) knowingly and willfully ordered lethal and economy destroying measures, demanded that no one should ask any questions, and ignored and deliberately denigrated all other scientific and medical opinions (including one of the most cited scientists in the world, Prof. John Ioannidis of Stanford University)?

- The supposedly new virus poses no threat beyond that of the flu virus,

- There are effective treatments available at virtually no cost,

- The measures as a whole have caused the most devastating health and economic damage.

How did it come about that the federal government even ignored the data confirming this, summarized in detail in a comprehensive, now so-called "false alarm" paper by a highly qualified official of the Ministry of the Interior responsible for population protection? And above all, why does the federal government allow a medical experiment on its own population, contrary to the Nuremberg Code, by way of deliberate deception of its people? Why does it allow the population, which has been pushed in this direction for a year, to be treated with a product which is called a vaccine, but which is in fact a genetic experiment, the effectiveness of which is highly controversial, and the danger of which has not been tested in a single study, but the danger of which is now being "live" tested, as it were, on unwitting human beings? Who of the people who got the shots was informed that the shots have only an emergency use authorization? No one, it appears. Why, after massive side effects, including the reporting of a multitude of deaths, does the government allow this experiment to continue? In any real study, this would be stopped immediately.

In short: Whose interests does the Federal Government represent when it orders such measures; those of the German people, or others? In view of the obvious fact that intelligent, empathetic government representatives would never act against their own people in a way that is destructive to their health, their economy and, above all, democracy, the question arises: On whose behalf is the federal government acting this way, and for what reason?

Considering the fact that the most important advisers of the Federal Government - beside Drosten - the Wellcome Trust and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, high-ranking representatives of the vaccine-producing Pharma Industry and the Tech industry are all eager to see a vaccine passport implemented, gives rise to suspicion that it is their interests being represented and not those of the German people.

A large group of internationally well-connected lawyers is cooperating closely to shed light on who is behind all this, and who will be held responsible. Because, as my legal hero Louis D. Brandeis said: Sunlight is the best of disinfectants. And that sunlight is the light at the end of the tunnel which we can all see, and it becomes ever brighter.

Wie hätten Sie Anfang 2020 reagiert, wenn man Ihnen gesagt hätte, daß von Mitte März bis heute

- nicht nur die Menschen in ganz Deutschland, sondern in weiten Teilen der Welt Masken tragen würde, auch Kinder?

- aufgrund sogenannter Lockdowns der gesamte deutsche Mittelstand, wie auch der Mittelstand der gesamten westlichen Welt insolvenzbedroht ist?

- Millionen von Operationen, Krebsvorsorgeuntersuchungen, Reha-Maßnahmen und andere medizinische Maßnahmen verschoben wurden, mit unabsehbaren gesundheitlichen Folgen für die Betroffenen?

- Tausende von todkranken Menschen in Deutschland und weiten Teilen der Welt gezwungen werden, isoliert und ganz allein ohne den Beistand ihrer Liebsten zu sterben?

- Menschen in ganz Deutschland und in weiten Teilen der Welt aufgrund sogenannter Quarantäneanordnungen für Tage und Wochen ohne richterlichen Beschluß ihrer Freiheit beraubt werden?

- Menschen in Deutschland und in weiten Teilen der Welt strafrechtlich verfolgt werden, weil sie Geburtstag feierten, auf einer Parkbank saßen, joggten, sangen?

- die mit von uns gewählten Volksvertretern besetzten Parlamente faktisch entmachtet sind und die Bundes- und Landesregierungen ohne jede Legitimation durch das Volk eine unüberschaubare Serie von willkürlichen Regelungen erlassen hat, deren Inhalt und Grenzen niemand versteht?

- alle demokratischen Grundrechte faktisch außer Kraft gesetzt wurden, einschließlich des wichtigsten demokratischen Grundrechts, die Meinungsfreiheit?

Hätten Sie das für normal und selbstverständlich gehalten, oder wären sie ungläubig-erschrocken zurück gezuckt und hätten gefragt: Wieso sollte so etwas jemals in einer Demokratie passieren können? Das war natürlich eine rhetorische Frage, denn natürlich hätten Sie, die Sie hier sind und zuhören, gefragt, wieso, aus welchem Grund sollte so etwas passieren können? Inzwischen ist all das oben Zusammengefaßte Realität, aber es scheint, als hätte niemand der Verantwortlichen die selbstverständlichste Frage der Welt gestellt: Aus welchem Grund sollte das geschehen?

Denn bis heute gibt es auf diese Frage keine Antwort von den Bundes- und Landesregierungen, außer:

Es gibt eine Corona-Pandemie, macht deshalb, was wir Euch befehlen, und zwar ohne Fragen zu stellen.

Genau dies, daß keine Fragen gestellt werden dürfen, hat der Leiter des RKI, ein Tierarzt namens Wieler ausdrücklich erklärt, als er für die Bundesregierung -- denn das RKI ist eine sogenannte Bundesoberbehörde, die die Weisungen der Regierungen, bzw. des Bundesgesundheitsministerium zu befolgen hat - ausdrücklich und wörtlich öffentlich gefordert. Das hätte eigentlich der Demokratie den Atem verschlagen müssen. Denn eine Demokratie lebt entscheidend von Moralkompetenz, und Moralkompetenz erfordert zweierlei: Die Fähigkeit, Fragen zu stellen, anstatt blind Befehle zu befolgen, und die Fähigkeit zur Diskussion auch anderer Meinungen, anstatt diese pauschal zu diffamieren. Beides, die Fähigkeit, Fragen zu stellen und die Fähigkeit zur Diskussion ist das Herz der Meinungsfreiheit und damit das Herz der Demokratie.

Dieser Regierungsauftrag - erinnern Sie sich noch einmal daran, dass das RKI eine weisungsgebundene Regierungsbehörde ist - war der Beginn des schwersten jemals verübten Angriffs auf unsere Demokratie. Die nächsten, daran anschließenden Fragen sind daher: In wessen Interesse liegt dieser Angriff unserer eigenen Regierung auf die Demokratie, d.h. auf die Herrschaft des Volkes? Konkret: Wer hat ein Interesse daran, die Herrschaft des Volkes, die Demokratie, zu zerstören und sie durch etwas zu ersetzen, das, wie die Entwicklungen des vergangenen Jahres gezeigt haben ein faschistisch-totalitäres Regime ist?

Lassen Sie uns mit der zentralen Frage beginnen: Auf welche Erkenntnisse stützen sich diese demokratiezerstörenden und ungeheuer schadensverursachenden Anordnungen? Hätte man diesbezüglich konkrete Fragen gestellt und hätte sich die Bundesregierung auf eine öffentliche Diskussion eingelassen, ja, hätte sie nur den allgemeinen Grundsatz audiatur altera pars, "höre auch die andere Seite", beachtet, statt ausschließlich den immer dreisteren Forderungen eines gewissen Herrn Drosten zu folgen, dann wären diese konkreten drei Fragen gestellt worden:

1) wie gefährlich ist der angeblich neue Virus wirklich? Die Antwort wäre - in Übereinstimmung mit der (wenn auch höchst umstrittenen) WHO und dem hoch angesehenen Prof. Dr. John Ioannidis von der Stanford University - gewesen: Mit einer Infektionssterblichkeitsrate von 0,14-0,26% nicht gefährlicher als die saisonale Grippe),

2) Welche gesundheitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen haben die Anti-Corona-Maßnahmen? Die sehr ausführliche und präzise Antwort auf diese Frage liegt dem Bundesministerium des Innern seit Mai 2020 in Form des nun sogenannten \"Fehlalarmpapiers\" vor. Dieses Papier wurde von einem Spezialisten des Innenministeriums erstellt, der in der Risikobewertung zum Schutz der Bevölkerung bestens ausgebildet ist. Und jeder kennt inzwischen die Antwort, wie oben beschrieben: Die Auswirkungen der Anti-Corona-Maßnahmen sind wie ein dritter Weltkrieg, nur ohne offenen Krieg.

3) Wie zuverlässig ist der PCR-Test zum Nachweis von Infektionen, den Drosten Anfang Januar 2020 entwickelt hat (wohlgemerkt: zu einem Zeitpunkt, als er, Wieler und die anderen noch öffentlich erklärten, dass vom Corona-Virus nichts zu befürchten sei) und der von der WHO weltweit empfohlen wird? Die Antwort ist: Ein PCR-Test kann keine Aussage über eine Infektion machen, er ist für diesen Zweck nicht einmal zugelassen. Deshalb hat dieser Test in den USA auch nur eine sogenannte Emergency Use Authorization, eine Notfallzulassung und keine echte, volle Zulassung.

Woher habe ich die Antworten auf diese drei Fragen? Aus der Arbeit des Corona-Ausschusses, den meine Kollegin Viviane Fischer und ich mit zwei weiteren Anwälten am 10. Juli 2020 gegründet haben und welcher seither ständig von dem Lungenfacharzt und langjährigen ehemaligen Leiter eines Gesundheitsamtes Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, der Humanbiologin Prof. Dr. Ulrike Kämmerer von der Universität Würzburg und dem Rechtsprofessor Dr. Martin Schwab von der Universität Bielefeld beraten wird. Dieser Ausschuß hat seither rund hundert angesehene, weltweit anerkannte Wissenschaftler, Ärzte, Juristen, Ökonomen, Psychologen, Psychiater und andere befragt.

Dass der angerichtete Schaden so monströs-verheerend ist, dass ein dritter Weltkrieg nicht schlimmer hätte ausfallen können, muss niemandem mehr erklärt werden. Dass die tatsächliche Gefahr des Virus (was auch immer es genau ist, und unabhängig davon, ob es jemals wissenschaftlich korrekt isoliert wurde) nicht über die der saisonalen Grippe hinausgeht, hat sogar die WHO zugegeben, die von einer Infektions-Todesrate von 0,14% ausgeht. Und die überwältigende Mehrheit derer, die sterben, sind über 80-jährige Personen und haben schwere, multiple Vorerkrankungen. Dies belegen u.a. die Autopsien, die Pr0f. Püschel aus Hamburg durchgeführt hat - seltsamerweise gegen den ausdrücklichen Wunsch des RKI (!).

Dutzende von Wissenschaftlern haben inzwischen bestätigt, dass der inzwischen weltweit berüchtigt gewordene Drosten-Test entgegen den Behauptungen seines Erfinders, Herrn Drosten, keine Rückschlüsse auf Infektionen zulässt. Selbst die WHO und das amerikanische Pendant zum deutschen RKI, die CDC, haben dies zugegeben und darauf hingewiesen, dass ein positiver Test nichts darüber aussagt, ob die getestete Person infektiös ist. Das liegt daran, dass der Test nicht zwischen lebendem und totem Material unterscheiden kann. Er kann also nicht sagen, ob es sich bei dem, worauf er positiv testet, um tote Fragmente/Reste der erfolgreichen Abwehr des körpereigenen Immunsystems gegen einen längst überstandenen Virenangriff handelt, oder ob tatsächlich ein lebendes Virus in die Zellen eingedrungen ist und sich dort vermehrt; erst dies würde zu einer Infektion führen. Er kann auch nicht sagen, ob die Symptome, die bei einer Person auftreten, nicht von einem anderen Erreger stammen, etwa einem Erkältungs- oder Grippevirus. Konkret heißt es bei der CDC:

- Nachweis von viraler RNA läßt nicht auf das Vorhandensein eines infektiösen Virus schließen, oder dass Covid 19 der Erreger der klinischen Symptome ist.

- Dieser Test kann Krankheiten, die durch andere bakterielle oder virale Erreger verursacht werden, nicht ausschließen.

Im Übrigen: Beide Aussagen setzen voraus, dass die getestete Person Symptome hat, z. B. Kopf- oder Halsschmerzen, Gliederschmerzen, Durchfall oder ähnliches. Normalerweise geht ja niemand, der keine Symptome, also Beschwerden hat und dem Arzt dementsprechend auch keine Anhaltspunkte für eine medizinische Diagnose von irgendetwas geben könnte, zum Arzt. Was sollte ein beschwerdefreier, symptomfreier Mensch einem Arzt auch auf dessen Frage antworten, welche Beschwerden er hat? Normalerweise, zumindest bis Corona aufkam, galten symptomfreie Menschen als gesund und empfanden sich auch als gesund. Wichtig ist, dass auch die Behauptung, es gäbe symptomlose oder asymptomatische Infektionen, von Herrn Drosten stammt. Tatsächlich gibt es überhaupt keine asymptomatischen Infektionen, wie zuletzt eine Studie mit 10 Millionen Teilnehmern ausgerechnet in Wuhan, China, Ende letzten Jahres gezeigt hat.

Nochmals: Beide falschen Tatsachenbehauptungen, die Behauptung, es gäbe asymptomatische Infektionen, und die Behauptung, der Drosten-PCR-Test könne Infektionen nachweisen, stammen von Drosten. Er hat sie Anfang 2020 in zwei Arbeiten veröffentlicht, die nicht einmal ansatzweise wissenschaftlichen Standards genügen, wie 22 international renommierte Wissenschaftler in ihrem so genannten Retraction Paper betreffend seine PCRä-Test-Behauptungen übereinstimmend festgestellt haben, und: Er hat diese Falschaussagen in dem Wissen veröffentlicht, dass sie falsch sind: Er wusste zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung über asymptomatische Infektionen, dass der von ihm als Beispiel angeführte Fall einer Chinesin, die Deutschland besuchte, gar nicht asymptomatisch war. Vielmehr hatte sie ihre Symptome mit einem gängigen Grippemittel behandelt. Und laut einem Interview in der Wirtschaftswoche, das er 2014 gegeben hatte, wusste er auch, dass ein positiver PCR-Test keinerlei Aussagekraft in Bezug auf Infektionen hat. Doch Drosten hat neben gravierenden finanziellen Interessenkonflikten ein weiteres Problem mit seiner Glaubwürdigkeit. Es bestehen massive Zweifel, ob er überhaupt ordnungsgemäß promoviert hat, d.h. ob er berechtigt ist, den Doktortitel zu führen; diesbezüglich ist ein Gerichtsverfahren anhängig. Und er hat noch weitere Glaubwürdigkeitsprobleme, weil er während der Schweinegrippe 2009 zusammen mit dem inzwischen völlig diskreditierten Engländer Neill Ferguson die Öffentlichkeit vor schlimmen Folgen und Millionen von Toten gewarnt hat, wenn nicht sofort eine Massenimpfung stattfände. Diese Prognosen stellten sich damals als völlig falsch heraus und die Schweinegrippe entpuppte sich als eine milde Grippe. Allerdings waren bereits von vielen Ländern der Welt Impfstoffe zu bis heute geheim gehaltenen Konditionen eingekauft worden, die dann auch eingesetzt wurden (bevor alles vernichtet wurde) - mit dem Ergebnis, dass 1.300 Kinder, vor allem in Skandinavien, lebenslang schwerbehindert sind und an Narkolepsie leiden.

Es stellt sich die Frage, warum die Bundesregierung ohne auch nur einen Anflug von Empathie oder Mitleid dem Rat und den massiven Lockdown-Forderungen dieses Mannes folgte und diese verheerenden Maßnahmen anordnete, die u.a. unheilbar kranke Menschen zwangen, isoliert und ohne die Unterstützung ihrer Angehörigen einsam zu sterben? Und warum nahm die Regierung andere Meinungen nicht nur nicht zur Kenntnis, sondern tat sie, ohne sie auch nur zu prüfen, geschweige denn zu diskutieren, pauschal als rechtsradikal, antisemitisch und Verschwörungstheorien ab.

Kurzum: Wie kam es dazu, dass die Bundesregierung (und ihr blind folgend die Landesregierungen) wissentlich und willentlich tödliche und verheerende anordnete, verlangte, dass niemand Fragen stellt, und darüber hinaus alle anderen wissenschaftlichen und medizinischen Meinungen (einschließlich eines der meistzitierten Wissenschaftler der Welt, Prof. John Ioannidis von der Stanford University) ignorierte und bewusst verunglimpfte, die feststellten,

- dass das angeblich neue Virus keine größere Bedrohung darstellt als das Grippevirus,

- dass es wirksame Behandlungen gibt, die praktisch nichts kosten,

- und dass die Maßnahmen insgesamt die verheerendsten gesundheitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Schäden verursachen würden?

Wie konnte es dazu kommen, dass die Bundesregierung sogar die dies bestätigenden, Daten ignorierte, die in dem oben erwähnten umfangreichen, jetzt so genannten "Fehlalarm"-Papier eines für den Bevölkerungsschutz zuständigen hochqualifizierten Beamten des Innenministeriums detailliert zusammengefasst sind? Und vor allen Dingen: Warum lässt die Bundesregierung entgegen dem Nürnberger Kodex ein medizinisches Experiment an der eigenen Bevölkerung zu, und läßt dazu bewusste die Bevölkerung täuschen? Warum lässt die Bundesregierung zu, dass die Bevölkerung, die seit einem Jahr in diese Richtung gedrängt worden ist, mit einem Produkt behandelt wird, das als Impfstoff bezeichnet wird, das aber in Wirklichkeit ein genetisches Experiment ist, dessen Wirksamkeit höchst umstritten ist und dessen Gefährlichkeit in keiner einzigen Studie jemals getestet wurde, sondern das nun sozusagen „live" an der ahnungslosen Bevölkerung getestet wird? Warum lässt die Regierung nach massiven Nebenwirkungen inklusive einer Vielzahl von gemeldeten Todesfällen, aufgrund derer jede echte Studie sofort abgebrochen werden würde, dieses Experiment weiter fortführen?

Zusammenfassende gefragt: Wessen Interessen vertritt die Bundesregierung, wenn sie solche zerstörerischen Maßnahmen anordnet? Die des deutschen Volkes, oder gänzlich andere? Angesichts der offensichtlichen Tatsache, dass intelligente, empathiefähige Regierungsvertreter niemals gegen das eigene Volk in einer Weise vorgehen würden, die dessen Gesundheit, dessen Wirtschaft und vor allem der Demokratie schwersten Schaden zufügt, stellt sich die Frage: In wessen Auftrag handelt die Bundesregierung so, und aus welchem Grund?

Wenn man bedenkt, dass die wichtigsten Berater der Bundesregierung - neben Drosten - der Wellcome Trust und die Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, hochrangige Vertreter der impfstoffproduzierenden Pharmaindustrie und der Tech-Industrie allesamt die Einführung eines digitalen Impfpasses fordern, drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass hier -- und zwar in völlig rücksichts- und empathieloser Weise - deren Interessen vertreten werden und nicht die des deutschen Volkes.

Eine stetig größer werdende Gruppe von international -- insbesondere mit dem anglo-amerikanischen Recht -  gut vernetzten Anwälten arbeitet eng koordiniert zusammen, um Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen, und Antworten auf die Fragen zu finden, wer hinter all dem steckt und wer zur Verantwortung gezogen werden muß. Denn, wie mein juristischer Held Louis D. Brandeis sagte: Sonnenlicht ist das beste aller Desinfektionsmittel. Und dieses Sonnenlicht ist das Licht am Ende des Tunnels, das wir alle sehen können, und es wird immer heller.
